Medrano -- Edward Joseph"Joe" Medrano, born November 8, 1953, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2002. He is survived by his son, Marshall Medrano; mother, Sissy Medrano; father, Edward S. Medrano from White, SD; sisters, Vicki White, MaryJo Potter, and Paxine Craft; nieces, Sayward White, Jamie Craft, and Austin Craft; nephews, Ian Rives, Wayland Rives, Matthew White, and Keaton Craft; fiancée, Bonnie Cook; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, especially Uncle Johnny. Joe was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, graduated from Santa Fe High School, and attended the University of Albuquerque. He loved animals, being in the mountains, and writing his beautiful poetry. Cremation has taken place. If one should desire to make memorial contributions in Mr. Medrano's name, the family asks that you contact them for further information.
