Tenorio -- On behalf of the Tony Tenorio and Liz Romero family, we wish to acknowledge and sincerely thank Lovelace Hospice (Pam and Helena) for the excellent care they gave Vera Tenorio during her final weeks and days of her life. Doctors Strain and Strawn for the care they gave her for the past five years and for doing their best to manage her pain. Lupita Chavez who so affectionately cared for her at home and Blanca Nevarez who also cared for her, took her on outings and always sang to her lovingly. Her farewell songs at the funeral were beautiful and touching. Thanks to the pallbearers for taking the time to carry Vera to her resting place. You all were very good to her during her life. To all our family and friends who sent flowers and food, who are too numerous to mention, your kind actions and prayers are much appreciated. Our sincere thanks to all. Services were in the care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave. S.W. 243-5222.
