Brune -- Martha Sophie Brune (Fischer) was born in Jansen, Nebraska, on June 10, 1906. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur W. Brune, and by her mother, father, two sisters and three brothers. She is survived by her daughter, two granddaughters, and two great-grandsons. She was a member of Shepherd of the Valley church in Albuquerque, New Mexico and was Past Matron of Wayne Chapter No. 194 O.E.S. at Wayne, Nebraska. Funeral services will be held Monday, 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to New Mexico Boys and Girls Ranch, 6209 Hendrix NE, 87110. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
