Neprud -- Anne Caroline Neprud aka Anya Lund died July 2, 2002 in Santa Monica, CA. She was born September 4, 1924 in Suefenho, Manchuria to Carl A. and Josephine Hutchinson Neprud. She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth N. Love of Albuquerque; out of state nieces and nephews, Karen Wenzel Lewis, Mark Wenzel, Christina Wenzel Stenroos, Jacqueline Love Steffes, Katherine Love Janz, and Carl N. Love; and numerous other relatives. She was preceded in death by both parents, her sister, Margaret N. Wenzel of Florida and nephew, Eric H. Love of Albuquerque. She graduated as valedictorian of Milwaukee Downer Girls School, Wisconsin, and the University of Wisconsin, Madision. She also studied modern dance under Hanna Holm in N.Y.C., NY. While living in Albuquerque she was Director of Barelas Community Center. She resigned to become a bit actress in California under the stage name of Anya Lund which became her legal name. She will be missed by her many friends and relatives. Cremation has taken place. No local services are anticipated.
