Lucero -- Mr. Patricio Lucero, 87, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on August 9, 2002. Mr. Lucero was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII and a life member of the American Legion Post 74. Visitation will be Monday evening in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW from 6:00pm until 7:00pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm by Pastor Pete Chavez. Final visitation will be Tuesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a funeral service at 9:30 a.m. by Pastor Jerry Leyba. A committal service will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:00 noon with full military honors by the D.A.V. chapter 3. Pallbearers will be Joseph Lucero, Vincente Lucero, Isaac Lucero, Marie Baca, Felix Chavez and Richard Ulibarri. Honorary pallbearers will be Raymond and Raul Lucero. Gabaldon Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
