Garcia• -- Leonard A. Garcia, 59, went home to be with the Lord on October 5, 2002. He was born on July 15, 1943 in Las Nutrias, NM. He is preceded in death by his brother, Patrick Garcia; and mother, Ofelia S. Garcia. Mr. Garcia is survived by his wife, Mercy Aragon; sons, Greg Garcia and wife, Christina and Patrick Garcia and wife, Lisa; daughter, Bernadette Garcia and husband, Gary Trujillo; father, Juan D. Garcia; brothers, Ernest Maez and wife, Marty, Johnny Garcia, Gilbert Garcia and wife, Christine, Paul Garcia and wife, Jo, Donald Garcia and wife, Bonnie and Gerald Garcia and wife, Margaret; sisters, Emily Hedrick and husband, Jim, Margie Duran and husband, Orlando, Diana Garcia and husband, Gilbert and Cindy Archuleta and five grandchildren. Mr. Garcia will be deeply missed by his loving family. Visitations will be on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Stover Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited on Friday evening at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday also at the church at 9:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Gerald Garcia, Michael Garcia, Nathan Garcia, Gary Trujillo, Gary Daves, Jody Aragon and Richard Hernandez. Services are in the care of Garcia Mortuary, 717 Stover Ave. S.W. 243-5222.
