Kil -- Robert J."Bob" Kil, 80, a resident of Albuquerque for 21 years, died Sunday, November 10, 2002. He is survived by his wife, Edna Kil of Albuquerque; son, Ronald Kil and wife, Sheila; granddaughter, Corrina Kil, all of Santa Fe County; sister, Irene Hossa of Dalton, IL; and brother, Henry Kil and wife Marilyn of Albuquerque. The most important thing in Bob's life was being a husband, father, and grandfather. He proudly served his country during WWII, serving with the 3rd Army, 26th Infantry Division, 180th Field Artillery in the European Theatre of Operations. Bob was a member of the American Legion for 57 years, Post 49 for 21 years. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, November 13, 2002, at 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Prayer Services will be held Thursday, November 14, 2002, at 10:00 a.m., also at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
