Briggs -- Feliciana Briggs 24, died suddenly in San Diego, CA on Saturday, November 9, 2002. Feliciana graduated from Stanford University and was living in San Diego with her father at the time of her death. She is survived by her father, Charles L. Briggs and stepmother, Clara Mantini-Briggs; her mother, Helena Reilly; brother, Michael of Los Angeles, CA; sister, Jessie Fries-Kraemer; brother, Gabriel Fries-Briggs; their mother, Barbara Fries, all of Albuquerque; grandmother, Nancy Gay Robb Briggs; grandfather, William C. Briggs and friend, Barbara Wllis; uncle, Christopher Briggs and wife, Patricia; their children, Matthew and Rachel; great-uncle, Herbert R. Briggs; his children, Randy and JoAnn Briggs; great-uncle, John D. Robb, Jr. and wife, Peggy of Albuquerque; their children, John Celeste, Ellen, Brad, Jeffrey and David; and great-aunt, Priscilla McDonnell and husband, Sanford of St. Louis, MO; and their children, Robin and Randy. Feliciana Graduated from the Taft School in Watertown, CT, she studied a year in France, worked with Native American children in Venezuela and the Center for International Policy in Washington, DC, was a gifted writer of short stories, fluent in French and Spanish, taught yoga, and loved to sin, dance and run. She will be remembered for her beauty and grace, her ebullient laughter, her intelligence and the strength of spirit and intensity of love with which she graced those who knew her. Mass was celebrated Saturday, 1:00 p.m., at Aquinas Newman Center, 1815 Las Lomas Rd. NE, with Tom Steele, Celebrant. Cremation followed services. Perhaps you brought or served food. Perhaps you sent a lovely card or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent a floral piece, if so, we saw it there. Perhaps you spoke the kindest words as any friends could say, perhaps, you were not there at all, just thought or prayed for us that day.
