Polzer -- Katherine Ryan Polzer, 32, a resident of the Albuquerque area for eight years, died Saturday, March 17, 2001. Katherine is the beloved wife of four years of Gerald E. Sanders; loving daughter of Carol A. Hogan of Stonington, CT; sister, Kerry P. Morton of Wellesley, MA; step-daughter, Heather D. Sanders; step-son, Joshua L. Sanders; and eight aunts and uncles. Katherine was a graduate of The Taft School in Watertown, CT and Union College in Schenectady, NY, where she was an outstanding athlete playing field hockey and basketball. She loved cats and small children. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Wellesley, MA. Interment of cremains will take place in Highland Falls, NY.
