Gorman -- John Henry Gorman, 69, died June 10, 2001. A native of Houston, TX, he had lived in Watkinsville, GA for the last two years. He was retired and a member of Calvary Chapel. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy. Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at 12:00 p.m. at Calvary Chapel, Athens, GA. Interment will be Thursday, June 14, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Walker of Toccoa; two sons, Cole Gorman of Baldwin and Bruce Vogel of Watkinsville; sister, D.J. Bickers of Pascagula, MS; four grandchildren. Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, West, in Bogart, GA. is in charge of arrangements.
