Perea -- Antonia Sais Perea, 79, born in Tome, NM went to her eternal rest peacefully while surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 9, 2001. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus; her parents, Adelida Turietta and Antonio Sais; one brother, Pedro; and one sister, Francisquita. She is survived by her sons, Martin and wife, Ann; Manuel and wife, Theresa; Albert and wife, Rosalind; Steven; and Mariano; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Antonia is also survived by a great niece, Diane Chiwiwi, who took care of her for the past three years. Our Mom had a great love for her family and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. A Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2001 at 5:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with a Rosary to follow at 6:00pm. Father Albert will officiate at a Funeral Mass on Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Interment following in the Valencia Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James, Manny, Albert Lee, Michael, Donovan, Russell, and F. J. Perea. Romero Funeral Home, Belen, NM.
