Gallegos -- John "Bino" Gallegos Jr., 53, was born September 16, 1948. He passed away suddenly Monday, October 8, 2001. John was a resident of Albuquerque and Belen, and will be missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Juan; and two brothers, Manuel and Peter and is survived by his son, Gregory; daughter, Petra; two grandchildren, Ray-Rey and Celaya; mother, Jenny; sisters, Margaret Nieto and husband, Pete, Toni Bazan, Dolores Gallegos, Grace Lopez, Helen Gallegos, Loretta Montoya and husband, Mike; brothers Rick Gallegos and wife, Margorie, Raymond Gallegos and wife, Julia, Frank �Chano� Gallegos and wife, Lupe; numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends who loved him. Services will be conducted at La Luz de Valle Christian Church, Santa Fe and Barelas SW. A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2001. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 12, 2001 with burial following at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Raymond Gallegos, Rick Gallegos, Frank �Chano Gallegos, Abel Bazan Jr., Johnny Ray Montoya, Joe Ray Martinez, and Pete Nieto Jr.. Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Gallegos, Michael Ray Gallegos, Matthew Gallegos, John Anthony Salazar, Gabriel Borrego and Lawrence, �L.C.� Brown.
