Mook -- Jeanne Mook nee Cunningham, 71, of Redlands, CA., passed away Saturday, January 20, 2001, one week before her 72nd birthday on January 27th, after a long struggle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Walter Mook of Redlands, Ca.; daughter, Pamela Foley and husband, Michael of Simi Valley, Ca.; sons, Robert Mook and wife, Christie of Santa Monica, Ca., and Dr. Kenneth Mook, wife, Charisse; and three grandchildren of Louisville, Ky. She is also survived by sisters, Arlene Vath of Albuquerque and Joanne White and husband, James of Corona, Ca.; brothers, Lee Cunningham and wife, Jimmie of Albuquerque and George Cunningham and wife, Evelyn of Sun Valley, Ca.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Thelma Cunningham of Albuquerque. Jeanne was a former resident of Albuquerque and graduated from A.H.S. in 1947. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and Wesley Club of Albuquerque. In Redlands, she was active in The Iris Society, Garden Club, D.A.R. and Humane Association. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, January 25, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 51 West Olive Ave., Redlands, CA. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Animal Humane Association in Jeanne's name.

Ortega -- Cecilia M. Ortega, 85, a long time resident of Las Vegas, NM passed away at her home in Las Vegas on Monday morning following an extended illness. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Nabor Ortega of Las Vegas; two sons, Lalo Ortega and Iris of Las Vegas, NM and Damian Ortega and his wife, Faye of Knoxville, TN; four daughters, Omelia Maes and her husband, Adolfo of Albuquerque, NM, Maria Efren Bearden and her husband, Woodrow, Mary Jane Sandoval and Andrew, and Cathy Ortega and Jesus all of Las Vegas, NM; one sister, Mary Trujillo of Las Vegas, NM; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and God-children. She was born in Tecolote, NM on August 22, 1915 to the late Abenicio and Benigna Trujillo Montoya. She was united in marriage to Nabor Ortega on June 6, 1932 in Las Vegas, NM. She was a foster parent for 43 years and for a short time was a nurse technician at the Las Vegas Medical Center. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. from Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, NM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Interment will follow in the San Jose Cemetery in Las Vegas, NM. Richard -- Grace L. Richard, 72, a resident of Albuquerque since 1964, passed away at her home on January 20, 2001. She was born on June 1, 1928 in Wolverton, MN, the daughter of Lars and Kari Nygaard. She is survived by her husband, Daniel F. Richard, whom she married on December 27, 1948 at St. Mary's Cathedral in Fargo, ND. She is also survived by three sons, Ronnie Richard, his wife, Tina, sons, Ryan, Aaron and daughter, Corey, Allen Richard, sons, Donovan, AJ and daughter, Faith and Randy Richard; two daughters, Barbara Andre and her husband, Michael, Jennifer Millard and daughter, Danielle, and son, Joseph, all of Albuquerque; brother, Allen Nygaard, of Bellfield, ND; and sister, Pearl Lange, of Minneapolis, MN; nieces, nephews and other family members including Rosie Flath, Ilene Morrosetti, Ramona Owen, Jimmy Rowen and Pauline Frahm; and best friend, Jeannie Faifer. A Rosary will be recited by Deacon Ruben Barela on Tuesday, January 23, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle NE. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 24, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont NE, with Father Anthony Bolman, Celebrant. Schneider -- Josef F. Schneider, age 81, a resident of Albuquerque for 31 years, died on January 19, 2001. He was born on October 27, 1919 in Munich, Germany, where he grew up and after serving in World War II, completed his education. In 1956, he emigrated to Alamogordo, NM to work at Holloman Air Force Base, and moved to Albuquerque in 1970 to work at Kirtland Airfoce Base. Josef is survived by his wife, Edith; daughter, Sabine and husband, David Boruff and their children, Max and Joshua, all of Albuquerque; son, Thomas Schneider and wife, Alexis, of Topenga, CA. Josef was an active member of his church and the community. He taught computer classes at Bear Canyon Senior Citizen's Center and played violin in the Albuquerque Philharmonic Orchestra. After his retirement in 1989, he continued to be a member of and edit the newsletter for the Instrumentation Society of America. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Presbyterian Hospice, 8100 Constitution Place NE, Suite 120, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Schnoebelen -- Marilyn J. "Mari" Schnoebelen, 70, an Albuquerque resident since November 1966, died Saturday, January 13, 2001. She is survived by her husband, Albert V. Schnoebelen of Albuquerque; daughters, Deborah M. Geib and husband, Mike of La Crescent, MN, Pamela M. Bollin and husband, Steve of Rio Rancho, NM, Nancy M. Verzin and husband, Joe of Paso Robles, CA; and JoAnne M. Howell and husband, James of Albuquerque; son, Timothy B. Schnoebelen of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Kyle, Michael and Bradley Bollin, all of Rio Rancho, Rachel, Jacob and Ashley Howell, all of Albuquerque, Claire and Elizabeth Verzin, both of Paso Robles, CA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mark Wright and wife, Tandra of Arvada, CO, Wanda Wright of Sunnyvale, CA, Carol Pauls of Newton Square, PA, Bernard Schnoebelen and wife, Bertha of Daisetta, TX, Dorothy Sullens of Yucca Valley, CA, Elaine Nelsen of Turtle Lake, WI, C.R. Schoolcraft -- Eva Alderete Schoolcraft, 74, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away at her home on January 20, 2001. She was born on January 24, 1926 to the late Baltazar and Manuelita (Aragon) Alderete. She was a homemaker and a lifetime member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Eva is survived by her husband, Edward A. Schoolcraft; daughter, Yvonne Schoolcraft; sisters, Ruth Alderete and Chona Barela; brothers, Henry and Larry Alderete, all of Albuquerque; two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, January 24, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at Queen of Heaven, 5310 Claremont Ave NE. A Memorial Mass will take place on Thursday, January 25, 2001 at 10:00 a.m., also at Queen of Heaven. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Trujillo -- Cipriano (Pano) Trujillo, 75, beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother was called home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, January 16, 2001. Mr. Trujillo was a resident of Ponderosa, NM. He was preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Eva Trujillo of the family home; his children, Rita Hoogerhuis of Bernalillo, Steve Trujillo and wife Barbara of San Ysidro, NM, Sally Pacheco and husband Alfred of Albuquerque; Evelyn Martinez and husband Richard of Espanola, NM, Judy Gachupin and husband Arnold of Albuquerque, Marcelino Trujillo of Washington, Rosalia Serna of California; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sister, Epifania Gallegos and Maria Sedillo. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and those who knew and loved him. A rosary will be recited this evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Santo Toribio Church, in Ponderosa, NM. Veronneau -- Richard Veronneau, 49, passed away January 22, 2001. He is survived by his loving daughter, Jolie Nicole Veronneau of Albuquerque; mother, Marian Schultz of Pompano, FL.; sisters, Sally Vandenberg of Albuqueruque, Susan Wilson of Davie, FL., Nancy Thompson of Loxahatchee, FL.; best friend, William Vandenberg of Albuquerque; and numerous family and friends. Willmore -- Arthur Edward Willmore, 85, a former resident of Chicago, IL and a resident of Albuquerque since 1946, died Saturday, January 20, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Pat Willmore of Albuquerque; nephew, Donald Geis and wife, Nancy of Norridge, IL; great nephews, Rev. William Geis and wife, Sandi of Lone Wolf, OK, Donald Geis, Jr. and wife, Mary of OťFallon, IL; great niece, Sandra Smigla and husband, Greg of Hoffman Estate. IL; great-great-nieces and nephews, Erica and Monica Geis of Lone Wolf, OK, Noah Geis of OťFallon, IL, and Erin, Andrew, Barbra Smigla of Hoffman Estates, IL; cousins, Robert Willmore of South San Francisco, CA and Jim Willmore and wife, Eileen of Westerville, OH; and The Patton Family. Mr. Willmore was a graduate of Schurz High School, Class of 1933 in Chicago, IL and University of Illinois, Class of 1942. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was business manager and Chairman of the Board of Hope Christian School, owner operator of the Willmore Corp, an appliance service center. Mr. Willmore was a member of Faith Chapel and Gideon's International. He was a Sunday School superintendent for 42 years and a member of the Board of Directors of Faith Chapel. Services will be held Wednesday, January 24, 2001, 2:30 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Rev. Mable Dawe, Rev. Chalamidas -- Catherine Chalamidas, 87, passed away January 18, 2001. She was born in New York City August 28, 1913. Her family moved to Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. Catherine and her husband, Louis moved to Albuquerque with their children in 1947. They were in the bar and restaurant business. In the 1950's they were owners of the Town House Restaurant & Lounge and in the 1960's they were owners of the Triangle Restaurant & Lounge. Catherine is survived by her three sons, Thomas L. Chalamidas, Stewart Chalamidas and Chris Chalamidas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Sam and Gus Vagianos; and one sister, Stella Vukas; and many nephews and nieces. A Church Service will be held Sunday, January 21 at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. N.E. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 22, 1:00 p.m. at the Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, 308 High Street S.E. with Father Mario Gianopoulos. Following the Church Service, Burial Service will be held at Fairview Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Dean Chalamidas, Louis Chalamidas, Tasso Chronis, Jason Daskalos, Joe Giacomo, Jonathan Head and Nick Manole.
