NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE RIO GRANDE TRAIL COMMISSION The Rio Grande Trail Commission will hold a meeting at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at the Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department, Porter Hall, 1220 South Saint Francis Drive, Santa Fe, NM 87505. The Rio Grande Trail Commission is considering a resolution from the City of Las Cruces regarding a recommendation for a proposed Rio Grande Trail alignment from the City Council of Las Cruces and will be accepting public comments. The City Council of Las Cruces passed a resolution on September 6, 2016 indicating that it supported the designation of the 4.5 mile La Llorona Trail to be part of the NM Rio Grande Trail. As per the Rio Grande Trail Act, the Commission can recommend trail alignments but must take into account public input and provide a period for written comments. The comment period for this proposed trail alignment is open until October 12, 2016. In addition, the Rio Grande Trail Commission may consider other matters that come before it. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in the event that the Property is not sooner redeemed, the undersigned Special Master will, as set forth above, offer for sale and sell the Property to the highest bidder for cash or equivalent, for the purpose of satisfying, in the adjudged order of priorities, the in rem judgment and decree of foreclosure described herein, together with any additional costs and attorney's fees, including the costs of advertisement and publication for the foregoing sale, and, reasonable receiver and Special Master's fees in an amount to be fixed by the Court.
