MCLELLAN -- Johanna A. McLellan, nee Feigel, died in Albuquerque, NM on Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late George Sr.; loving mother of Shirley (the late Donald) Ovington and George I. (Kathleen) McLellan Jr.; dear grandmother of Donna (Alan) Rieb, Mark (Diane) Ovington, Lee (Andrea) Ovington, Tom Ovington, Timothy (Cheryl) McLellan, Brian (Kaori) McLellan, Maureen McLellan and the late Mary Jo McLellan; sister of Emma (Kurt) Richter and the late Carl and John Feigel, Elizabeth Neubauer, Eleanor Dorband and Helen Stack. CAGLE -- Pauline "Polly" Cagle, 95, longtime resident of Albuquerque, went home to meet Jesus on May 12, 2009. She is survived by her children; daughter, Barbara Wedertz of Albuquerque, NM; son, Jim Cagle of Middleton, TN; two sisters, Faye Mc Cay of Redding, CA, and Betty Nicholson of Fairfield, TX; fourteen grandchildren and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren, along with a multitude of people who have adopted her as their own mother or grandmother. Polly was preceded in death by her husband O.V. Cagle; two daughters, Suzan Smith and Jeanne Armstrong and one son, Tom Cagle. She was born in Walker County, AL on August 2, 1913 to the union of Claude and Ardella Loggins. She spent her childhood in Alabama before moving to California and then settling in New Mexico in 1977. Polly's gift was hospitality, she loved her people. There was never an empty stomach in her home. She was a very compassionate, loving and caring person. Polly not only had a great love for her people, she had a great love for her Lord and Savior. She was a member of Heritage Christian Fellowship since it was founded. A memorial service will be held at Heritage Christian Fellowship 11104 Menaul Blvd. NE, 87112 on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. Though Polly loved flowers it would have been her wish that contributions be made in her name to Presbyterian Health Care Foundation - Kaseman Hospice Inpatient unit PO Box 26666, 87125. JOSEY -- Matthew Daniel Josey, 19, of Boulder, died Monday, May 11, 2009. He was born July 27, 1989 in Austin, Texas to loving parents John A. and Eileen P. (Gallagher) Josey. He lived in Pasadena, California and Raleigh, North Carolina before moving to Niwot in 1995. Matthew graduated from Niwot High School in 2007 where he was a member of the National Honor Society. He was currently a student at the University of Colorado at Boulder and at Front Range Community College in Longmont. Matthew was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He had participated in Niwot Youth Sports, Boy Scouts, the Boulder Skate Team, the CU Stampede Freshman Leadership Camp, and the Smith Hall International Program. His interest in travel and other cultures led him to spend a summer studying at the University of Seville in Spain. Matthew was a talented guitar player and performed with the band "Sassafras" at concerts on the Hill and along the course of the BolderBoulder. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Josey. Survivors include his parents, John and Eileen Josey; two brothers, Stephen and Kevin Josey of Niwot; his grandparents, Thomas and Patricia Gallagher of Lakewood and Anne Josey of Albuquerque, New Mexico; his aunts and uncles, Dennis and Kelly Gallagher, Michael and Marife Gallagher, Patrick Josey, Becky Josey, Suzanne and Tom Smith, Michael Josey, Jill Edison, Kathleen and Larry Green, and Margaret and Jason Parker; and numerous loving cousins. Matthew's family and friends will remember his warm, generous, and exceedingly kind nature. He enjoyed a rich circle of family and friends that he sincerely cherished. Although his life was all too brief, he lived life fully, always recognizing the positive in others. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Longmont. A reception will follow in Benedict Hall at the church. CHAVEZ -- Henry "Hank" Chavez, our beloved son, brother, and uncle passed away on Friday morning, May 15, 2009. Born on December 22, 1950, Henry was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque. Henry is survived by his father and mother, Cesario and Cora Chavez of Albuquerque; siblings, Chris Chavez of Las Vegas, NV, Corinne Vigil and her husband Fernando of Albuquerque, Larry Chavez and his wife Bev of Albuquerque and Lisa Painter and her husband Scott of Austin, TX; nephews, Jacob Vigil and his fiance Veronica, John Vigil and his wife Michela, Joe Vigil, Ben Painter and Zachary Chavez; and one niece, Erin Chavez. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to the entire staff of the ARCA Group Home for their care and support of Henry where he lived for the last 25 years. Henry was a Dallas Cowboys fan, loved to tinker with tools, wood and was a hard worker at La Paloma Greenhouse. Henry will forever remain in our hearts. CRAWLEY -- Florence Madeline Crawley went to be with the Lord on Saturday May 9, 2009. Florence Casaccia was born in Glen Lyon, PA, a small coal mining town near Scranton, PA, the last of 8 children. She graduated from King County Nurses College in 1938 and joined the Navy serving as officer during WWII where she met and married Thomas V. Crawley, Jr. of Lamesa, TX. Thomas and Florence moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1951 where they lived for more than 50 years and raised three boys, Thomas IV, Joseph Michael and Jerald M. Florence worked as a registered nurse for Albuquerque Surgical Group for 30 years before retiring in 1992. She and Tom celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary shortly before Tom died in 1999. She relocated to Flagstaff, AZ in 2005 to live near her son Jerald. She is survived by Jerald M. and his wife, Leslie, three grandchildren, Thomas V., Sharon, and Diane and three great-grandchildren. The family is planning a celebration of her life in Albuquerque in the near future. HEANY -- Waldron G. Heany, 87, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Eileen Heany; daughter, Connie M. Cason and husband, Michael of Albuquerque, NM; son, Terry Heany of Lincoln, NE; two grandchildren, Troy Heany and wife, Valerie McHargue, of Lincoln, NE and Jeri Crouch and husband, Brandon, of Denver, CO; brother, Marvin Heany and wife, Norma of Denver, CO; three sisters, Laura Young of Ft. Collins, CO, Lona Burmeister and husband, Richard of Ft. Calhoun, NE, and Mariam Conley and husband, Tom of Bellingham, WA; and several nieces, nephews and friends. Waldron was preceded in death by his older brother, Edward Heany. He was born on June 27, 1921 in Cedar Rapids, NE to Perry and May Heany. On June 14, 1944 Waldron married Eileen Gress in St. Edward, Nebraska. During the early years of marriage they lived on a farm outside of Cedar Rapids, NE. He was active in the church, the Masonic Lodge in Primrose, NE and was a 4-H leader for several years. Waldron joined his son Terry to attend Hastings College where they graduated together in 1978. He enjoyed several years of teaching math, serving as principal and superintendent of schools in NE. Waldron and Eileen retired to Lexington, NE to enjoy family, grandchildren, and friends. They moved to New Mexico to be near their daughter and son-in-law in 1999. Waldron was a master gardener loving to spend time in his garden. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place, at a later date. MCBRIDE -- William B. was born December, 1934 in Denver, CO to Charles and Elizabeth McBride and died May 10, 2009 in Albuquerque. Bill attended the University of Colorado. As a buyer, he worked for National Tea Co. in Denver, Haserot Foods in Cleveland, OH and later was General Manager of Haserot; and for many years he was Managing Buyer for Nobel Institutional Foods. He will be remembered as the Chef in the kitchen who organized the foods for fund raisers in schools, political parties and Optimist Club. He is survived by his children, Eric McBride, Denver, CO; Lisa McBride, Washington, DC; Lorna and Lance Wolf of Breckenridge, CO; sister, Betty and Tom Pitts, Knoxville, TN; and, Special Friend Kris Pilling of Albuquerque. LUCERO -- Carmen DeAguero Lucero, of Canon passed away on May 13, 2009. She was a member of the V.F.W. Post 3259, Chapter 1401 Federal Retirees. She served for 20 years as secretary treasurer to Acequia del Norte del Canon. She is preceded in death by husband of 27 years, Joe H. Lucero, parents, Jose Cipriano and Isabel Cruz DeAguero, sister, Erlinda Louise Barajas, brother in law, Max Barajas, grandparents, Juan Bautista and Salome Gomez DeAguero, Jose Nestor and Juanita Cruz. She is survived by sister, Salome DeAguero, sister in law, Mercedes Hick, cousin, Juanita Santistevan, nephews, Philip Barajas, John B.
