YUZBICK -- ROY W. Age 90, of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2011. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lillie; one son, Chris "Rene" Yuzbick (Lois) of Lake Tahoe, CA; one grandson, Dylan of Lake Tahoe, CA. Roy worked in the men's department at Sears for 31 years. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, October 7, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM.

BARNES -- CAROL FAY Age 73, died October 3, 2011 in Rio Rancho. She is survived by her children, Shirley Nelson and husband Mark, Susan Zink, and Robert Barnes; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Mariam Kuster; and many other family and friends. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Helen Fay. She was born in Florida, lived in Germany, South Carolina, and California before moving to New Mexico in 1968. Mrs. Barnes was a loving and caring mother who will be dearly missed. She enjoyed cross stitch and walking on the beach when possible. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 8, 2011, 11:00 am, at French - Westside Chapel. DARROW -- ROBERT J. (BOB) A resident of Albuquerque since 1929 passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at the age of 94, at San Juan Regional Medical Center, in Farmington, NM. Mr. Darrow, loving husband of the late Catherine Darrow (Humphries) and loving companion and friend of the late Kay Bishop, father of the late Robert Darrow Jr. He is survived by his brothers, Floyd Darrow of Newton, Kansas and Barton Darrow of Albuquerque, NM; his son, Will Darrow and wife Therese Millis of Farmington, NM; daughters, Laura Darrow and husband Patrick Harmon of St. Louis, MO, and Christine Darrow of Dallas, TX.; five grandchildren, Jesse Darrow of Ft. Collins, CO, Robert Darrow (Alyssa) of Golden, CO, Annie Irvin (Jeff) of Houston, TX, Sameer Hashash of St. Louis, MO, and Devon Darrow of Charlottesville, VA; and great-grandchildren, Olivia and Caroline Darrow of Golden, CO. Mr. Darrow was a 1935 graduate of Albuquerque High School and was inducted into that schools Ring of Honor in 2009 along with his brothers Floyd and Bart. He was a WWII veteran serving as a Lt. (JG) in the US Navy in both the European and Pacific theaters from 1943 to 1946. Upon discharge from the Navy he returned to the family business (the Darrow Ice Cream Company) to run the company with his father Earl and brothers Floyd and Barton. The Darrow Ice Cream Co. had been principal ice cream supplier to the state of New Mexico. And the company merged with Creamland Dairies in 1956, and Mr. Darrow remained as vice-president, to run the dairy side of the business, especially ice cream manufacturing. Mr. Darrow was an avid golfer and member of the Albuquerque Country Club where he and his son Will earned the title "Saturday Assassins" playing together in 23 Member-Guest tournaments. He earned the coveted "Green Jacket" for Low Net Senior at the New Mexico Senior's tournament and was also a 3 time hole-in-one player. During his lifetime he was active member in Ballut Abyad Shrine Temple, The Rotary Club of Albuquerque (serving, as president, from 1970-1971) and Toastmasters. Service: Memorial Service Friday, October 7, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., First Presbyterian Church, 215 Locust Street, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Burial: Monday, October 10, 2011 at 9:45 a.m., Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N. Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, NM. EATON -- FRANK D. DR. Age 69, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Sunday, October 2, 2011. He was born on May 8, 1942 to Aaron Clarkson Eaton and Eleanor (Davies) Eaton in Cambridge, NY. Dr. Eaton grew up in Bennington, VT. He was accepted at the age of 16 into The Juilliard School for his musical accomplishments. His educational achievements are vast, including degrees from the University of Arizona and a Doctorate in Biometeorolgy from Utah State University. He was an accomplished scientist and had over 300 publications in his name. He recently retired from the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratories as a Senior Research Physicist. Dr. Eaton was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He absolutely adored his grandchildren and loved to help them complete their science fair projects and learn to play musical instruments. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and attending state fairs. Though not a gambler, he did like to go to casino buffets. Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Virginia (Gamble) Eaton of Rio Rancho, NM; children, Kimberly (Camron) Brawley of Albuquerque, NM, Leslie (Kevin) Brady of McKinney, TX, Brian (Kelly) Eaton of Rio Rancho, NM, Brett (Melissa) Eaton of Albuquerque, NM, Michelle (fiancee, Jeremy Chavez) Eaton of Rio Rancho, NM; grandchildren, Preston Brawley, Gwendolyn Brawley, Arthur Brawley, Laiken Brady, Brylee Chavez, and Gavin Eaton; sister, Mary Roberta Watilo; and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents A. Clarkson and Eleanor Eaton. A Visitation will be held Thursday, October 6, 2011, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Sara Chapel, 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM. FULLILOVE -- SHARON (ERICKSON) Surrounded by family and friends, Sharon Fullilove, age 30, gave her final thumbs up on September 30, 2011. Sharon had recently come to call New Mexico home after moving to Albuquerque to take a job as the morning reporter for KOB Eyewitness News 4. Everyone lucky enough to meet or know Sharon would tell you of her infectious smile, laughter, and warmth. She lit up the room the moment she entered and had a way of making everyone around her feel special. Those lucky enough to have been able to call Sharon daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, niece or friend were so enormously blessed to have had such a wonderful woman in their lives. There are no words to describe the pain of losing her so young, but we can hope to learn from the way she lived her own life. Live your life with joy, smile from ear to ear, and give two thumbs up whenever possible. Sharon is survived by her father, Richard Fullilove; her mother and step-father, Michaela and Gary Shafer; her sisters, Brittany Shafer and Chantel Fullilove; her brothers, Gary Shafer, Jr. and Jake Fullilove; and her grandparents, Roy and Nan Fullilove. LOPEZ -- EPPIE ESQUIBEL Age, 94, passed away on October 3, 2011 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born on February 27, 1917 in Parkview, NM. She is the daughter of Manuel and Rafaelita Esquibel, wife of Dr. Alfred L. Lopez and mother of Dr. Leonard Lopez, all who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Ted Esquibel and Eloy Esquibel; her sisters, Francis Sisneros and Helen Braxton; and daughter-in-law, Jamie B. Menees. She is survived by her children, Dr. Alfred L. Lopez, Jr. and wife Diane, Dr. Vic Lopez and Melinda Lopez Langdon and husband Bob Langdon and Peggy and Tim Wheeler. She has fourteen grandchildren, Alfred, Stacy, Chris, Sarah, Olivia, Martha, Richard, Lesley, Jennifer, Kristy, Lenny, Andrew, Jackie, and Alex and fourteen great-grandchildren with one on the way. Eppie is survived by Dr. Ray Esquibel and wife, Donna, and Cordelia Weisman and also by special friends Susie Lopez, Jan and Larry Jones, Laureen Carroll and Rosie Rivera. She lived a very happy and fulfilling life. She was a kind, generous and loving mother, grandmother and devoted wife. She graduated Valedictorian of her class in Santa Fe where she was the star shooting guard for the basketball team. She worked for the US government censorship office during WWII while her husband Alfred served under General Patton as dental officer. They returned to Albuquerque after the war was over, where they set up his dental practice in the Albuquerque First National Bank Building before building their office at Medical Arts Square. She served as President of The New Mexico State Dental Auxiliary. She was voted one of the best dressed women in Albuquerque for three consecutive years. Her children teased her unmercifully about this. A Rosary will be recited 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2011 at French Lomas Chapel. Private interment will take place at a later date for family members. MILLE -- REGINA A. Passed away peacefully at home in Albuquerque, where she lived with her daughter and son-in-law, on Saturday, October 1, 2011. Regina was born in Brooklyn, NY, to Joseph and Katherine Fabiano, on August 8, 1936. Regina moved to New Mexico in 1972 with her daughter, Kathy, and joined her parents and brother, Joe, in Rio Rancho. She worked for Amrep Corp. for over 20 years, and later retired from the Water Utilities Dept. of Rio Rancho. Regina loved the laughter of children, the joy of all animals, and the actor Richard Basehart. She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, mother-in-law and cousin, and a loyal and loving friend. Regina was one of the kindest people you could ever meet, and even when Alzheimer's took away memory and motor skills, she could still smile at the prospect of a cup of coffee. Regina is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kathy and Ken Wimmer; her brother Joe Fabiano; and many cousins and friends. Her family would especially like to thank Regina's special caregivers, Ken's sister Cathy, and Regina's best friend, Phyllis Cuoco. Special thanks also to Presbyterian Hospice, helping us to care for her at home for the past several months. Mass will be held on Friday the 7th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Rio Rancho, with a Rosary recited at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Actors and Others for Animals (actorsandothers.com). Or, just be especially kind to a dog or cat, or hug a child in Regina's memory.

MILLER -- JANET M. Age 80, went to be with the Lord on October 1st following a short illness. Janet was born in Milwaukee WI on December 12, 1930. She worked as a medical technologist in Albuquerque for many years. Most recently she was employed by Dungarvin. She is survived by three children, Diane Melk of Lincoln, NE, Jeff Miller of Oakhurst, NJ, and Scott Miller of Albuquerque, NM; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Kathleen Huelle of Cheyenne, WY. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Rev. Walter and Ermgard Gieschen; sister, Marilyn Meltz; granddaughter, Krissy Thomas. Her Service will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Edgewood, NM, on Wednesday October 5, 2011 at 1:00 pm.
