MEILLEUR -- DAVID MICHAEL Requiescat in Pacem Son of Steven and Joan Meilleur, husband of Monica Lynn Hoy Meilleur, and brother of Peter Charles Meilleur, died on Tuesday morning in Albuquerque, New Mexico. David was a brilliant shooting star, with the heart and soul of a poet. He loved music of all kinds, and was a talented interpreter on the violin and guitar. He will be missed by all whose hearts he touched. We will all remember him Gratefully for the time we had with him here on Earth. May he rest in peace. David received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2007, and was a member of the State Bar of New Mexico since 2007. David's compassion for the underdog and his good natured approach towards the practice of law and towards his many opponents set him apart. David graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University with a BA in English Literature and Economics in 2004. He received the University Prize for Men "for the man showing the greatest proficiency in English composition and literature," and was inducted as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
