STRATMAN -- Mary Ann Domenici Stratman, a lifetime resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2010. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Stratman; her parents, Cherubino "Choppo" and Alda (Vichi) Domenici and her sister, Karlene Guillon. She is survived by Thelma Domenici, Sister Marianella Domenici S. C., former U. S. Senator Pete and wife Nancy Domenici and Rose Ann and husband Martin Hamberger. She graduated from St. Vincent Academy in 1947. Mary worked in the Albuquerque area for more than 50 years. Upon her retirement, she began her most rewarding career working at St. Mary's School. Her lifetime desire was fulfilled by being daughter, sister, wife and aunt. Being a beloved Aunt was the hallmark of her life as she was "AUNT MARY" to ten nieces and nephews and 17 grand nieces and nephews. The rosary will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, 619 Copper Avenue, NW, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2010. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Immaculate Conception Church, 619 Copper Avenue, NW, on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery. WARNER -- Raymond "Don" Warner, 78, loving husband, father, and Papa, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Christmas Day, December 25, 2010, with his family by his side. What a beautiful day to meet Jesus, on His birthday. Happy Birthday Jesus! Don was born to Douglas and Ruby Warner in Lone Pine, CA on August 27, 1932. Don worked for Anaconda for 33 years and the Girl Scout Camp for 13 years. After retirement he returned to Grants, NM. Great men are not known by who they are instead by their legacy. He left behind a beautiful Christian wife of 50 years, Clara; children, son, Donald Warner and wife Margaret; daughters, Theone Peterson and husband Frank, Brenda Simpkins and husband Glen, Linda Warner, Renee and husband Ken, D-Anna Martinez and husband Clyde, and Pam Warner; grandchildren, Trevor, Jeremy, Sonja, Tammy, Jeff and wife Heather, Raymond, Chad and wife Kim, Dale and wife Sarah, Christopher, Charley, Aaron, Dana, Deza-Ray and husband Joe, Douglas and wife Caitlin, Michael and wife Heather, and Danielle; great-grandchildren, Aiden, Emmagin, Jay, Dakota, Jordan, Ashley, Aspen, Regan, Jackson, Sawyer, Kristian, Jon, Cai-Leigh, Noah, Ryzo, Joshua, Krystell, and Alexandrya; brothers, Charles Warner and wife Fay and Jimmy Warner and wife Kathy; sister, Pat Warner, nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends, Love you, "ME TOO". ANDERSON -- Alexander R. Anderson 30, resident of Albuquerque was chosen to be with our lord on December 21, 2010. Alex is survived by his mother Priscilla Garcia; stepfather Mitch Johnson; children, Iris Anderson, Aaliyah Montano, expected son Alexander Jr.; his devoted girlfriend Brittany Montano; his siblings, Antoinette Anderson and Fiance Francisco Delgado, Andrea Anderson, Michael Anderson and companion Stephanie Garcia; twin brothers, Joshua and Jacob, and Christine Garcia; his niece Legna; nephews Tony, Eliseo, Joseph, and Michael Jr.; his grandfather Joe Rael and companion Veronica Tafoya; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends... ANDREWS -- Stanlie Gail. God brought Stanlie Gail Andrews to this earth on September 1, 1946, where she spent 64 years giving totally to her family and friends. She warmly welcomed everyone into her life, shared stories of her family, her six children, grandchildren, and her personal joys. After her children were raised her passion became the estate liquidation business which she started together with her husband. With pride, she built a strong, successful business she dearly enjoyed. Stanlie met life's challenges head-on and with great enthusiasm. Her warrior spirit showed through her battle with a rare form of leukemia. On Friday, December 24, 2010 God called this wonderful lady back to him. She is survived by her husband, Mike L. Andrews of 39 years; step-mother, Anna Smetana Ables; six children, Charles Andrews and fiance, Lilia, Larry Hicks and wife, Davarie, Darlene Lawson and husband, Donald, Richard Andrews, Micheal Andrews and wife, Shonda, Robert Andrews and wife, Lesla; two sisters, Coral Lee Gibson and husband, Thurman, Janeen Howard and husband, Roy; one brother, Troy Ables and wife, Jayne; and step-sister, Joyce Ladd. She was blessed by the love of 12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley Fletcher Ables and Jessie Content Foutz Ables. Stanlie Gail will be truly missed by all who loved her and those who called her friend. BRAUDAWAY -- David William Braudaway, 78, passed away at 2:00 on Christmas morning, December 25, 2010 at Anna Kaseman Hospice. He was born on August 6, 1932 in Gering, Nebraska and attended schools in Gering and Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He attended the University of Colorado, studying electrical engineering. There he met his future wife, Caroline Huntington Paschal. They were married on June 12, 1954 in Boulder, Colorado. He received a Masters Degree in 1962 and a PhD in 1968, both from University of New Mexico. He is survived by his wife of 54 years; three sons, Gary Wayne, Rodger Warren and wife Sandy, and Brian Wynn and wife Tammil three granddaughters, Rachel, Emily, and Hannah; a brother, Gordon Braudaway of Yorktown, NY; three nieces; one nephew; as well as seven grand nieces and nephews. Dave was drafted into the army in 1954 and was sent to Sandia Base where he taught Nuclear Physics. He spent the next 40 years at Sandia Labs. In 1971 he began serving as United States representative to the International Electrotechnical Commission. In Bucharest, Romania, he was elected to a seven year term as chairman of a committee charged with setting electrical measurement standards worldwide. He published many papers and received many awards from the various societies to which he belonged, including the prestigious Wildhack Award. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Wyoming Chapel with burial will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale Blvd, S.E. Pallbearers are: Sandy Ezell, Eugene Doreneman, Richard Favela, John Cresap, Jan Gimar, and Jason Hickey. Honorary Pallbearers are William Lipke, Don Frazier, and scouts and scouters of Troop 185 and the Great Southwest Council. CARRELL -- Peggy Carrell, 75, a resident of Rio Rancho and Albuquerque, NM for 20 years passed away December 24, 2010. She is survived by her children, Kim E. Chapman of Phoenix, AZ, Douglas P. Chapman of Kodiak, AK, Samra S. Chavez of Rio Rancho, NM; four grandchildren, Christina Reynolds, Cole Tague, Niya Chavez, Cora Chavez; niece, Rebecca Horn; nephew, Michael Briles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Carrell in 2004. Peggy's life was filled spending time with and caring for her grandchildren. She was also talented in making arts and crafts for others to enjoy.
