Devoted Catholic, father and husband, humanitarian, avid baseball fan, spinner of Irish jokes and stories, and purveyor of human joy, George would ask that we not grieve his passing but that we celebrate his life by helping others everyday of our own lives. Come visit George and say goodbye on Tuesday, May 18th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald and Sons Funeral Home, 3113 Carlisle NE. KENNEDY -- In loving memory of Ruth Genevieve Kennedy September 17, 1913 - May 17, 2003 From Proverbs 4:20-26 My child, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them escape from your sight; keep them within your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flows the springs of life. Put away from you crooked speech, and put devious talk far from you. Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you. Keep straight the path of your feet, and all your ways will be sure. Mother, we love and appreciate you.
