Anderson -- Rosemary"Rosie" Anderson, 75, a resident of Albuquerque for 37 years, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2000. She is survived by her son, Buddy Anderson of Albuquerque; daughter, Heidi Lucas of Albuquerque; sister, Dorothy Palmer of Detroit, MI; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous friends and family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Howard L. Anderson in 1991. She will be loved and missed by all. Services will be held Monday, 10:00 a.m., at Christ the Ray of Hope Lutheran Church, 7001 San Antonio Dr. NE, with Rev. Harold Johnson. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe. Baca -- Danny H. Baca, 66, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, April 5, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Baca of Albuquerque; sons, Daniel Baca of Bosque Farms and David Baca of Meadow Lake, NM; daughters, Madeline Zamora of Albuquerque and Mary Ann Romero and husband, Albert of Belen; 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; brothers, Max Baca and wife, Minnie of Santa Fe, and Joel Baca of Las Vegas, NM; and sister, Jennie Padilla and husband, Esquipula of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his son, Peter Andrew Baca in 1994. Mass will be celebrated Friday, 9:30 a.m., at St. Therese Little Flower Church, 3400 4th St. NW, with Father John Plans, S.F., Celebrant. Barela -- Adelaida Barela died Wednesday in Albuquerque at the age of 88. Adelaida was a member of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. She is survived by her sisters, Lydia Barela and Margaret Barela; and several cousins. Funeral services for Adelaida will be held on Saturday at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. A Rosary for Adelaida will be recited on Friday evening, 7:00 p.m., at Salazar & Sons Mortuary, 400 Third St. SW.

Brock -- Robert F. Brock, 61, of Sun Lakes, Arizona, passed away at his home on April 5, 2000. Mr. Brock, a retired Army Colonel, is survived by his wife, Elaine; sons, Ty and Tim and daughter-in-law, Keri; and one daughter, Donna; one brother, Farris Brock and his wife, Rachel; grandchildren, Ashley Marie and Mason Timothy; nephews, Farris Jr. and Robert. A Memorial service is planned for April 7, 2000, 7:00 p.m., at the Chandler Christian Church, 1825 S. Alma School Rd., in Chandler, AZ. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2929 E. Castillo -- Gilbert Castillo, 69, a beloved and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and brother, was called home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, April 4, 2000. Gilbert was a resident of Albuquerque, formerly of Bernalillo and was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa Castillo of the family home; two daughters, Hazel Castillo of Wisconsin, Judy Comore and husband, Billy of Phoenix, AZ; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Also surviving are five sisters, Esther Gonzales and husband, Pat, Barbara Castillo, Josie Ruiz and husband, Frank, all of Albuquerque, Mary Hunick, Betty Tafoya and husband, Cisco, both of Alameda; and several nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his loving family. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday morning, 10:30 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, located on 6th and Copper, with Fr. Chavez -- Beatrice C. Chavez, 88, of Phoenix, Arizona, died April 3, 2000. She was born October 12, 1911 in St. John's, Arizona. She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Charles F. Chavez. She was a Customer Service Representative for Southern Union Gas Company in Albuquerque. She resided in Albuquerque from 1949 until her move to Phoenix in 1978. Survivors include her daughter, Randy Baca-Hensel of Scottsdale; her granddaughter, Johnna Baca of Phoenix; and her grandson, Raymond Baca of Honolulu. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2000, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home Chapel, 4800 E. Indian School Rd., with a Funeral service conducted at 2:00 p.m. by longtime family friend, the Reverend Canon David Bailey, formerly of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Scottsdale and now on the Diocesan Staff in Salt Lake City, Utah. Family interment immediately following at Green Acres Cemetery in Scottsdale. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

Chavez -- Ninfa Chavez passed away on October 1, 1999 in Sacramento, California. She is survived by her loving husband, William Chavez. Ninfa was a homemaker, who loved to spend time with her family. Loving mother of Lorenzo Chavez, William Chavez Jr., James Chavez, Allen Chavez, Greg Chavez, Steve Chavez. Survived by two brothers; four sisters; 20 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She will be honored with a Mass to be held at San Isidro Church in Las Nutrias, NM, April 8, 2000 at 10:00 a.m.

Griego -- On April 4th, Rosalie Ann Garcia-Griego like Abraham, attained the top of the mountain, there to indulge in communion with the Most High. A native of Albuquerque; born of Juan & Dora Garcia and raised in the Old Town area, attended San Felipe School & graduated from St. Vincent's Academy. Rosalie was only 53 years old, wife of Michael Griego for 32 wonderful years. She was the Branch Manager of the Tennessee Office of the U. S. New Mexico Federal Credit Union and loved to serve her members. She fellowshipped at Calvary Chapel and participated in the Bible Study Fellowship Group on Monday nights. She was a bright and shining example of faith in the Lord and love for her family and friends, who were so many. She is survived by her husband Michael; her two sons, Jonathan and Dominic; along with her three precious grandchildren, Michael, Gareth and Kelsi. In addition, she awaits the coming of her father, Juan A. Garcia; eight sisters, Esther Romero, Eileen Flores, Aurora Vigil, Judy Martinez, Carmelita Ortega, Margaret Martinez & Teresa Richards; her brother, John R. Garcia; and 48 nephews and nieces, whom she loved dearly. She will be missed! A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 7, 2000, 11:00 a.m., at Calvary Chapel Albuquerque, 4001 Osuna Rd. NE. Lindholm -- Glenn Theodore Lindholm, 72, a resident of Albuquerque for 13 years, died Tuesday afternoon, April 4, 2000, in the Presbyterian Coronary Care Unit. Glenn Theodore Lindholm, the son of Emil and Lily (Peterson) Lindholm, was born on April 28, 1927, in Ashland, WI, where he spent his childhood, graduated from high school and grew to adulthood. Mr. Lindholm married Marilyn Joanne Berg on July 7, 1951 in Ashland, WI. Prior to his retirement, in 1987, he was employed at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Mr. Lindholm lived in Wisconsin and Los Alamos, before moving to Albuquerque, where he made his home until the time of his death. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Marilyn Joanne Lindholm of Albuquerque; two daughters, Nancy Jo Fortin and Erica Jan Hoverter; son, Peter Jay Lindholm; granddaughter, Hailey Jo Fortin, all of Albuquerque; three sisters, Genevieve Dvorak of Albuquerque, Alice Johnson and Shirley Wallace of Ashland, WI; and one brother, Larry Lindholm of Austin, TX. Mr. Lindholm was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Mr. Lindholm was very dedicated to his family and was proud of his Scandinavian heritage. A memorial service to honor Mr. Lindholm's life is scheduled for Saturday, April 8, 2000, 2:00 p.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Cremation will take place and the cremains will be, at his request, inurned at a family ceremony at a future date. Lopez -- Sandra A. Lopez, 39, beloved and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, was called home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, April 4, 2000. Sandra was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque; a graduate of Albuquerque High School; she was employed with Albuquerque Public Schools for over ten years, and received several awards from APS; and was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She is survived by her former husband, Ray Lopez; a daughter, Melissa Lopez of the family home; her mother, Margaret Sanchez; one brother, Charlie Sanchez and wife, Gracie of Albuquerque; two sisters, Magdelena Martinez and husband, Rosendo, Bernadette Griego and husband, Ruben, all of Rio Rancho; one aunt, Lupita Sanchez; one uncle, Ignacio Sanchez; former mother-in-law, Susie Visciana of Alaska; former father-in-law, Ramon Lopez of Deming, NM; former sister-in-law, Missy Jimenez and Evette Jimenez, both of Truth or Consequences, NM; a very special and close friend, Jennie Padilla; ten nieces and nephews; 11 great-nieces and nephews; three Godchildren; and a host of friends. Sandra will be greatly missed and will forever be in our hearts. Montoya -- Sophie Sena, 81, resident of Albuquerque since 1982, formerly of Santa Fe, died Tuesday, April 4, 2000. As a lifelong homemaker, from the age of 13, Sophie raised eight siblings and then her own nine children. She is survived by five daughters and their husbands, Marylou Mashita and Stanley, California; M. Gloria Wilson and John, California; Cecilia C. La Fon and Blackie, Texas; Virginia O'Hara and Dennis, California; Cynthia M. Driscoll and John; Albuquerque; four sons, and their wives, Arturo Jose Jr., and friend Melinda Via, Santa Fe; George R., Albuquerque; David M. and Tamara, Washington; Dennis L. and Heidi; Washington; 19 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; two sisters; three brothers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arturo Jose, Sr. Sophie was a life-long member of the Catholic Church, Sojourners; The Lady's Outreach Society; Women's Guild, and Altar Society. Moody -- Clark Moody, 65, a resident of Los Lunas, died Thursday, April 5, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Lee Moody of Los Lunas; son, Lonnie Moody of Albuquerque; daughters, Lavona Montgomery and husband, Aaron Curtis of Altus, OK, Patricia Fritch of Fresno, CA, and Sherry Ann Thomas; son, Johnnie Ray Clark Moody, both of Missouri; brother, Thomas Ray Moody and wife, Rose of Wenatchee, WA; mother, Adgie Reynolds of Tacoma, WA; grandchildren, Ty Logan Moody, Jay Clark Moody, Zachary Aaron Montgomery, Randy and Amber Catanzarite, Jenifer Grey and Jamie Thomas. Mr. Moody was preceded in death by his brother, John Arthur Moody. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Los Lunas. Mr. Moody owned CM Auto Sales. Morrison -- Jeannette C."Chris" Morrison, 116 DeHaven, Milton-Freewater, Oregon, passed away March 30, 2000 at the St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington at the age of 48 years. Memorial services will be Tuesday, April 4, 2000, 10:00 a.m., at the Ingle Chapel United Church of Christ (Congregational) in Milton-Freewater with Rev. Edward Morrison officiating. Interment is in the Milton-Freewater Cemetery. Chris was born December 31, 1951 in Albuquerque, the daughter of John and Wilma Stafford Wasson. She grew up and lived in Albuquerque and attended schools there. On March 7, 1972, she married James B. Morrison in Glen Ellen, California. The couple lived at Fairfield, California, where James was stationed at Travis Air Force Base. After his discharged from the Air Force, the couple moved to Oregon, living in Bandon, Coos Bay, and Beaverton. In 1975, they moved to Milton-Freewater. She worked as a caregiver for the Senior Chore Service. Chris enjoyed chatting with her friends and maintaining close family ties. She was a proud doting grandmother (Nana) to her two grandsons who live closeby. She was a member of the Ingle Chapel United Church of Christ (Congregational) where she served on the Diaconate Board and sang with the Church Choir. Chris is survived by her husband, James Morrison at the home; a son, Ronald J. Morrison at the home; her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Robin Smith of Walla Walla, WA; her mother and step-father, Wilma and Pete Freeman of Albuquerque; three sisters, Linda Cudworth, Patty Roberts, Diane Birrel, all of Albuquerque; two step-brothers, Ray Freeman and Bradley Freeman, both of Albuquerque; a step-sister, Vanessa Cothern of Albuquerque; two grandsons, Nikolai and Brendan Smith of Walla Walla, WA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Chris was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Wasson and her very special step-father, Al Hynes.

Mullan -- Stanley George Mullan, 71, a 39 year resident of Albuquerque who was born in Belfast, Ireland, died Wednesday, April 5, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Mullan of the family home; sons, Terrance Mullan and Sean Mullan, both of Albuquerque; daughter, Shannon Griffo and husband, Don of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Terrance Mullan Jr., Holly Mullan, Beau Griffo, Sharlene Mullan, Bryan Mullan, Susan Griffo and Samantha Griffo; and sister, Violet Anderson of Canada, Ethel Baird of Ireland, Lillian Boyd and husband, Stanley of Ireland. Mr. Mullan retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1971. He was employed by Sandia National Labs for 17 years. Perez -- Mr. Frank L. Perez died Thursday in Albuquerque at the age of 85. Mr. Perez was a member of the Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Rita Perez; sons, John Perez and Frank Perez Jr. and wife, Mary Helen; and daughter, Margaret Garcia and husband, Marty, all of Albuquerque. He is also survived by his brothers, Steve Diaz and wife, Lupe and Mike Perez and wife, Carmen; sisters, Ramona Noriega, Mary Romero, Lucy Diaz and husband, Ben and Isabel Diaz, all of California; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Perez will be held on Saturday at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Romero -- Fernando C. Romero Jr., 20, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on April 3, 2000. Fernando was the beloved son to Fernando and Patricia Romero. Siegal -- Michelle F. Siegal, 41, a resident of Albuquerque for eight years, died Tuesday, April 4, 2000. She is survived by her husband, Michael; son, David, age 5; and daughter, Nicole, age 3, all of Albuquerque. She served on the school board of Sandia Heights Academy and was a member of Congregation Albert. Mrs. Siegal graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and worked for over seven years at Intel Corporation. Vleck -- Marcella Eunice Vleck, born August 23, 1916, passed away on April 4, 2000. She was a resident of Albuquerque for 46 years and retired from Sandia Laboratories. She played a very active role at the Albuquerque Garden Center and was honored with a Lifetime Master Gardener certification in 1998. She was a member of the Albuquerque Rose Society and Petal Pusher Garden Club. As editor of"The Garden Gate" and"Blue Ribbon" publications for several years, she took great pride in helping to spread her seeds of knowledge about gardening in New Mexico. She also spearheaded the volunteer Master Gardener's program at the Albuquerque City Library and you could find her there on most Saturday's answering questions. Her husband, James D'Arcy Vleck and grandson, James E. Vleck, preceded her in death. Her five children, Virginia Carraway, Robert Vleck, Marilee A. Lytle, Marguerite Ford and James Vleck survive her. She has six grandchildren, Jayme L. Lytle, William Ford, Sean Carraway, Ryan Carraway, Robert Vleck, Vanessa Vleck and Lawrence Vleck; and four great grandchildren, Ryan Lytle, Samantha Carraway, Zachary Carraway and Moses Vleck. A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, April 7, 2000, at the chapel of Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith NE, in Albuquerque. In lieu of flowers please send memorial contributions to the Albuquerque Rose Society. She has gone before us to plant the garden and keep it well until our time comes to join her. Woodworth -- John R."Woody" Woodworth, 69, a resident of Tijeras since 1972, died Thursday, April 6, 2000. He is survived by his wife, Nancy J. Woodworth of Tijeras; daughters Lisa McKenna and husband, Matthew of Albuquerque, Thalia Woodworth of Stamford, NE, and Diane L. Ball of Thoreau, NM; son, John R. Ball and wife, Pam of Edgewood, NM; grandchildren, Mackenzie Stout, Alison Stout and Trevor McKenna, all of Albuquerque, W. Nathan Tucker, Jason Ball and Amanda Ball, all of Edgewood, NM; brother, Hugh Johnson Woodworth, Jr. of Long Beach, CA; sister, Sally Noe and husband, Robert of Gallup, NM; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Woodworth was a Korean Conflict veteran of the US Navy. He was retired from Sandia National Laboratory with 28 years service. He was a member and past president of the New Mexico Herpetological Society, a former member of the NM Audubon Society, Hawkwatch International, and the Talking Talons. He was also a member of Friends of Tijeras Pueblo, the Albuquerque Archeological Society and the Archeology Society of NM. Mr. Woodworth was a member of The Episcopal Cathedral of St. John. He was an avid outdoorsman. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, April 9, 2000 at The Episcopal Cathedral of St. John, 318 Silver Ave. SW.
