Rhudy -- Jo Anne Bachand Rhudy, 56, a resident of Albuquerque, died on Monday, July 9, 2001. She is survived by her daughters, Jan Starks of Crest Hill, IL and Ti Jaye Rhudy Pawlik and husband, Mike of St. Peters, MO; mother, Josephine Bachand of Albuquerque; brother, Richard Bachand and wife, Pat of Albuquerque; sister, Bette Foster of San Diego, CA; and former husband, James R. Rhudy of Aurora, IL. Jo was a teacher in the Naperville School System for many years. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico where she was a member of the varsity swim team and obtained her masters degree at Memphis State University. Jo was an active member of the Community United Methodist Church in Naperville, IL. We all love her very much. A Memorial service will be held on Friday, July 13, 2001, 11:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. N.E. in Albuquerque. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to either the American Institute for Cancer Research, Attn: 202, 1759 R. Street NW, Washington, DC 20009 or the American Diabetes Association of NM, 525 San Pedro NE #101, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
