Kemp -- Kenneth "Ken" Kemp, 78, a resident of Albuquerque for 26 years, died Wednesday, October 10, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mildred Kemp of Albuquerque; sons, Larry Kemp of New Kensington, PA and Bill Kemp and wife, Karen of Erie, PA; grandchildren, Matthew Kemp of Burlington, VT, Audrey Kemp of Erie, PA, Paul Kemp and Carolyn Kemp, both of New Kensington, PA; and sisters, Mary Elizabeth Thomas of Dallas, TX and Dorothy Simanaitis and husband, Dennis of Santa Ana, CA. Mr. Kemp was a member of the Masonic Lodge A.F. & A.M. (Mesa Lodge) #68 and the Optical Society of America. He was active with the Republican Party. Services will be held Saturday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE with Rev. Larry Castillo-Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children or Transportation Fund, P.O.
