Warren -- J.T. (John Thomas) Warren gave his pain and suffering up to our Lord, on September 20, 2001 in the arms of his wife, Vangie, whom he spent the last 29 years of his life with. He is also survived by his only child and daughter, Lisa Anne, who he truly loved with all his heart; and by his only grandson, Andrew Jacob, who thought the world of his "Dad-Dad." He is also survived by three sisters, Gladys Sanchez, Jeanette Rodgers and his very special sister, Sabrina Perea; one brother, Kirby Warren. Survivors also include many brothers and sisters-in-law' numerous nieces and nephews, and a countless number of friends, all of who loved him so very much. He was preceded in death by his two moms, Frances Warren, his mother; and Maria Armijo, his mother-in-law. J.T. had his way of making us mad and laughing at the same time. His one of a kind sense of humor will surely be missed by us all. We all must cling to those silly memories he left with us, to laugh and cry at the same time. J.T. graduated from Valley High School in 1969, shortly after he joined the U.S. Army and served his country in Vietnam from October 1970 through October 1971. Pallbearers he chose will be his Godson, Adrian Tesillo, Nephews, Robert Armijo, Xavier Warren and Fabian Warren, his Compadre and brother-in-law, Jose Martinez, his brother-in-law, Del Arterburn, his close friend and cousin, Toby Zamora, and a very special friend, Joe Carrillo. Services will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church, 300 Mildred at Fourth Street NW. A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, September 25, 2001 at 5:30 p.m., and a Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, September 26, 2001 at 12:30 p.m. Cremation to follow. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th NW Albuquerque, 343-8008.
