Sheridan -- Lawrence M. Sheridan, 79, a resident of Albuquerque for 28 years, died Saturday, November 24, 2001, after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Catherine Sheridan of Albuquerque; sons, Michael Sheridan of Torrance, CA and Tim Sheridan and wife, Tracy of Albuquerque, NM; daughter, Catherine Winterink and husband, John of Albuquerque; and four grandchildren, Tara, Thomas, Michael and Christina; his loving sister, Nellie Schwartz of Seattle, WA, brothers-in-law, James Crowley and wife, Verna Mae of Arvada, CO, Pat Crowley and wife, Joan, of Bayshore, NY and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Sheridan was born in St. Louis, MO and was retired from the Department of Defense. He served with the 7th Fleet in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Mass will be celebrated Thursday, November 29, 2001, 9:00 a.m., at St. Bernadette Church, 11401 Indian School Rd. NE. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. until time of service.
