Sparks -- Adia Mae Sparks, 73, a resident of Albuquerque since 1941, passed away January 12 2003. She is survived by her daughters, Ernestine Holman and husband, Delano of Albuquerque, Dolores Corley, and Doris Evans and husband, Eugene, all of Turlock, CA, and Vera Hill of Redwood City, CA; sons, David Corley Jr. of San Jose, CA and Vernon Ray Corley and wife, Sandra of Medira, CA; stepchildren, Robert Sparks Jr. and wife, Sarah, and R.L. Sparks, all of Albuquerque; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Sparks will be Thursday, January 16, 2003, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 17, 2003, 1:00 p.m., at Shiloh Baptist Church, located at the corner of Avenida Caesar Chavez and Edith SE, with Rev. David Walker officiating.
