Aragon -- Damacio F. Aragon, 95, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully at home on April 27, 2003. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Esther Aragon of Albuquerque; daughters, Nickie and husband, Leonard Eisenzimmer of Albuquerque, Ramona Moleres of Grants, NM, Margaret Welter of Camby, IN; sons, Col. Jose Aragon and wife, Colleen of Arlington, VA and Claude Aragon and wife, Drucilla of Grants, NM. He is also survived by sons-in-law, Wayne Gilbertson of Sun City, AZ and Pete Malies of Kyle, TX. Damacio is survived 19 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Carmel Malies, Theresa Gilbertson and Mary Anne and husband, Paschal Malies, sons-in-law, Robert Moleres and Gene Welter. Rosary will be recited on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Joseph Dr. NW with Legion of Mary, reciting. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. also at the church with Father Frank Prieto, celebrant. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd. NE. Friends may visit on Wednesday at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church from 6:00 p.m. until time of rosary. French Mortuary 9300 Golf Course Rd. NW 897-0300
