Zedalis -- In Loving Memory Of Carmelita Ann ZedalisCarmelita was born on March 28, 1926, in Freeland, Pennsylvania, and passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2003 after a brief illness. A resident of Albuquerque since 1986, she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Zedalis, a WWII veteran; her parents, Raymond and Louise Giao; and two brothers, Ray and Tony. Carmelita is survived by her two daughters, Julianne and Cynthia; son, Gary; six grandchildren, Eric, Kelly, Patrick, Atticus, Rory, and Cole; sister, Louise; daughter-in-law, Lupita; son-in-law, Jeff; her beloved friend, Roy; and other friends and relatives. Services will be held Monday, May 19, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Partnerships with Industry, an organization for disabled adults, c/o Director, PWI, 7540 Metropolitan Drive, San Diego, California 92108.
