Gallegos -- Bennie L. Gallegos, 80, passed away on June 24, 2003. She was born on December 22, 1922 in New Mexico. Mrs. Gallegos is survived by her husband, Jose Gallegos; sons, Richard Gallegos and wife, Shirley and Ron A. Gallegos and wife, Christine; brother, Ignacio"Nash" Lovato and wife, Gloria; sisters, Erlinda Montoya and husband, Herman, Emily Thompson, Molly Gonzales and Priscilla Aragon and husband, Paul; grandchildren, Rick Gallegos, Chandra Carey and Tony Gallegos; and great - grandchildren, Collin Carey, Garrett Carey and Isabel Gallegos. Mrs. Gallegos will be deeply missed by her loving family. A Rosary will recited on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Eighth Street Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
