Tapia -- Felicitas Tapia, 86, passed away on August 21, 2003. She was born on June 8, 1917 in Chihuahua, Mexico. Mrs. Tapia is survived by husband, Florencio Tapia; sisters, Eulalia Lopez (Lala) and Acencion Ochoa; brother, Refugio Ochoa of Juarez, Mexico; four nieces; three nephews and god daughter Lalita Lopez. Mrs. Tapia will be deeply missed by her loving family. Visitations will be held on Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary with a rosary to be recited following at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. at the Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eliazar Lopez, Felix Lopez, Rafael Santos, Manuel Ochoa, Hector Elizondo and Nicole Lopez.
