Hults -- Ruth Inez Hults, 77, a resident of Rio Rancho since 1985, died on Thursday, April 3, 2003 at the Heart Hospital of New Mexico. Ruth was born April 17, 1925 the daughter of AlvinMulkey and Annie Ruth Erwin Ezell in Bovina, Texas. She had retired as group leader of benefits at Los Alamos National Laboratory. It was unusual for a non-degreed person to achieve the status of group leader. She wasa life member of the Order of Eastern Star, Los Alamos Chapter. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Frank H. Hults of the family home; daughters, Nancy Wood and husband, Jim of Las Cruces and Beverly Kaya and husband, Keith of Honolulu, HI; sons, Ronald Frank Hults and wife, Sherrey of Sacramento, CA, andW. LarryHults and wife, Rebecca of Los Alamos; sister, Ruby Baker of Dallas, TX; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Ezell of Galveston, TX; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho.
