PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-entitled Court, having appointed me or my designee as Special Master in this ma tter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the real property (the "Property") situated in Mckinley County, New Mexico, commonly known as 607 and 607 1/2 West Logan St, Gallup, NM 87301, and more particularly described as follows: LOT TEN (10) IN BLOCK THIRTEEN (13) OF C.F. VOGEL ADDITION NO. ONE (1), AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID ADDITION FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF MCKINLEY COUNTY, NEW MEXCO ON JUNE 21, 1940. The sale is to begin at 10:00 AM on October 20, 2016, on the front steps of the Eleventh Judicial District Courthouse, City of Aztec, County of Mckinley, State of New Mexico, at which time I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in lawful currency of the United States of America, the Property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the foreclosure Judgment in rem granted on August 19, 2016, in the total amount of $38,481.0 3, with interest at the rate of 4.7500% per annum from December 28, 2015 through the date of the sale. Sa id interest is in the amount of $ 1,487.32 . The sale is subject to the entry of an Order by this Court approving the sale. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to return of the deposit paid.
