Lot numbered Fourteen-B (14-B) in Block numbered One (1), Redivision ofLots 6 through 14, Block 1 and Lot 35, Block 5 and Lots 18 through 21, Block 6 of UNIT 2 of VALLEY GARDENS SOUTH, a Subdivision in the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat of said Subdivision, on July 24, 1970. including but not limited to any improvements, fixtures, and attachments, such as, but not limited to, mobile homes. If there is a conflict between the legal description and the street address, the legal description shall control.
