NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON THE INFRASTRUCTURE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF STATE AGENCIES The New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) Capital Outlay Bureau (COB) hereby gives notice that DFA/COB will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 through Friday, October 14, 2016, in Room 311, State Capitol Building, 415 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87503. Public hearings will begin at 8:30 a.m. on October 12th, 8:30 a.m. on October 13th, and 8:30 a.m. on October 14th. The agenda for each day will be available from the contact person identified below, or at the COB website http://www.nmdfa.state.nm.us/ Capital_Outlay_Bureau.aspx no later than 72 hours before the start of the day's public hearings. The hearings are open to the public and all interested persons are encouraged to attend. These hearings are being conducted pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 6-4-1 et. seq. and are an essential part of the process in the review of the ICIP submitted by New Mexico state agencies for inclusion in the state capital budget request. Copies of the summary of New Mexico State Agencies ICIP may be accessed on the COB website http://www.nmdfa.state.nm.us/Capital_Outlay_Bureau.aspx, or obtained from the contact person identified below. Interested persons may present their views on the proposed capital projects at the public hearings or by submitting written or recorded comments. Please note written and recorded comments are given the same weight as comments provided at the public hearing. Written or recorded comments must be received by the contact person identified below by 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the public hearings, please contact the contact person identified below at least seven business days prior to the public hearing. This notice and proposed capital projects can be provided in various accessible formats. If another type of accessible format is needed, please contact the contact person identified below.
