SIMONS, JACQUES Mr. Jacques Palmer Simons, 77, of Canton, GA passed away March 4, 2015. He was born in Los Angeles, CA on August 5, 1937 to the late Jacque and Helen Simons. Jacques was a very loving husband and father. He had a wicked sense of humor that he passed down to his kids. If Jacques was picking on you, you knew he loved you. He retired from Heidelberg USA in 2001. He was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Woodstock. Jacques leaves behind his loving wife of 55 years, Carolyn Kay Simons; children, Kathleen Sarrell (Gregory), Pamela Medley (Timothy), Matthew Simons (Sheilah) and Theresa Simons; 13 grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; brothers, Edgar Simons and James Simons (Linda); and sister, Rebecca Simons (Harry). March 16th, the family will have visitation 12-1pm and service to follow from, 1-2pm at FBCW Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jacques's memory to the Gospel Furthering Fellowship.
