GARCIA, STELLA P. age 83, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015, with her family at her side. Mrs. Garcia is survived by her children, Kathleen Y. Perea and husband, Pablo, Emilio C. Garcia, Rudolph A. Garcia and wife, Theresa; daughter in law, Lucy Garcia; sisters, Barbara Sanchez and husband, Gilbert, and Theresa Pohl; brother, Telesfor Padilla and wife, Mary Ann; grandchildren, Jose Maria, Antoinette, Jeremy, Audra, Celeste, Phillip, Emilio, and Andrew; great-grandchildren, Madalynn, Marcos, Mercedes, Rainah, Benjamin, Damian, and Allen; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Garcia was preceded in death by her parents, Telesfor and Isabel Padilla; her husband, Emilio; son, Stanley; and daughter, Isabel. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 3, 2015 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 309 Stover SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 a.m. Final visitation will be Wednesday, February 4, 2015, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be recited at 10:00 a.m. A Committal Service will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Emilio Garcia, Andrew Garcia, Mark Valenzuela, Johnny Chavez, Celeste Garcia, and Audra Garcia.
