KURUCZ, MARY FULGENCIA (TITA) Beloved mother, grandmother, daughter and aunt, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015 with family by her side. Mary entered this world on September 20, 1939 in Ranchitos, NM, the daughter of Adolfo and Fulgencia Garcia. She is survived by her children, Douglas Cheney, Jeffrey Cheney and Christina Kurucz Noble; grandchildren, Brittany Cheney, Samantha Cheney Rivera-Bagley, Sebastian Thornley, Celeste Cheney, Karissa, Diedra and Christian Soto. Mary is also survived by her four siblings, sisters, Marcella Armijo, Nena Gomez, Bernadette Garcia, and brother, Adolfo Garcia, Jr. Mary was a graduate of Central New Mexico Community College where she received her degree and was employed with American Express Travel Services until the office closed. Mary loved volunteering as a Senior Companion and as a Classroom Grandma. Mary's Rosary will be held Friday, January 30, 2015, 4:00 p.m. at FRENCH Wyoming. Her Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015, 12:00 noon at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM.
