GARCIA, PETE M. Pete M. Garcia, age 80, was born June 29, 1934 in Ledoux, NM and passed away suddenly at his home on January 6, 2015 in Santa Fe, NM. Pete Garcia was a well known and respected businessman. He owned and managed the Sunshine Bar & Gas Station from 1961 to 1998 when he retired, along with several other businesses throughout NM. He was a loving, caring and giving person to everyone he came across. Pete Garcia is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Helen Garcia; sister Josie Abeyta; brother Augustine Garcia Jr.; children, Louis Garcia and wife Mabel, Dennis Garcia and wife Barbara, Pearl Martinez and husband Ben, Albert Garcia and wife Celina; grandchildren, Crystal Garcia and partner Jeremy, Trish Rudolph and partner Anthony, Tasha Garcia, Tracey Garcia, Pamela Garcia, Louise Garcia, Natalie Rascon and husband Manuel, Corey Garcia, Dennis Garcia Jr. and partner Gabrielle, Audrey Garcia and partner Frankie, Isaac Garcia; and numerous great-grandchildren; along with special friends Ismael Aragon and Everett Baros. Rosary with be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas, NM on Friday, January 9th, 2015 at 9am following with the Mass immediately after.
