MCMASTER, RAY Ray McMaster passed from this life on January 2, 2015 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was born in Buffalo, New York. He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Pauline McMaster, his parents, Reese and Katherine McMaster, his brother, Robert McMaster, and two beloved daughters, Diane Rae McMaster and Deborah McMaster Kopet. He is survived by two sons Larry and Ray Jr.; his beloved grandson Dennis McCrudden and wife Connie of Alhambra, CA; and his beloved great-granddaughters Abigail and Alyssa McCrudden. He is also survived by so many other special grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, his sisters-in-law and brothers-in law. He was a resident of Cerritos, California for 45 years where he met his wife Pauline. Ray proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean war, in intelligence. He began a civilian career as a Senior Draftsman in Landscape Engineering for the City of Buffalo, NY. After several years, he relocated to Southern California where he continued his career in construction as Senior Estimator and District Manager and eventually formed McMaster Construction until his retirement in 2003. Ray will be greatly missed by all who knew him. The family would like to thank Ambercare and Guided Light for his care. Rosary will be held at 8am with the Mass following at 9am on Friday, January 9, 2015 at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin, 9502 4th Street, at the corner of 4th and Alameda.
