She is survived by her son's daughter Lyndsey; and three daughters, Vicki Carr of Nashville who has a daughter Tasha, son-in-law Justin and three granddaughters Olivia, Myca, and Mia; Marla Carr of Knoxville, husband Kevin and their two sons Kacey and Kody, two daughters-in-law Bethany and Katie, two granddaughters Sakora and Kalaya, and one on the way; Lori Nutter of Albuquerque, husband Scott, three sons Tommy, Joey, and T.J. Fern grew up in Clovis, NM and lived an adventurous life with Thomas that included living in Hawaii, TX, and many years in Albuquerque. She inspired all who she came in contact with. There will be a celebration of life on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 2:00 at Sagebrush Community Church at 6440 Coors Blvd. NW. A party that she requested, will follow at the Nutter's home at 8404 Wilson Hurley. In lieu of flowers, please warm or feed someone in need or make a donation to St. Jude. These were two of Fern's greatest passions.
