CHAVEZ, DEBRA P. Age 57, born in Albuquerque, a resident of Los Lunas, NM, passed away Monday, December 15, 2014. Debra is survived by her husband, Arnulfo Rascon; sons, Anthony Rascon and partner, Alex Pena, and Eddie Chavez; daughter-in-law, Marisa Martinez; grandchildren, Isaiah Chavez, Jesse Chavez, and Jazmin Martinez; nieces, Valerie Aranda, Santana Chavez; nephew, Toby Gutierrez; her loving dog and companion, Cholito. Debra was preceded in death by her son, Matthew C. Chavez; parents, Tobias and Pauline Chavez; daughter, Paula D. Chavez; sister, Shirley Holguin; and her aunt, Betty Padilla. Visitation will be Monday, December 22, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Bugsy Padilla. Final visitation will be Tuesday, December 23, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 820 Broadway SE with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Toby Gutierrez, Christopher Jaramillo, Bugsy Padilla, Valerie Aranda, Dominic Martinez and Carl Gutierrez. Honorary pallbearer will be Isaiah Chavez.
