LUCERO, JULIA M. age 66, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014 at home with her family at her side. Mrs. Lucero is survived by her husband of 45 years, Orlando; son, Orlando Lucero Jr. and wife, Maria; daughter, Yolanda Lucero & fiance, Mario Baros; her sisters, Jeanette Griego, Cecilia Sena, Theresa Miera and husband, Leonard Sr., Olivia Miera, and Ronette Harvey; her grandchildren, Derrick Jr., Darren, Desiree, Dominique, Christina, and Dominic; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Lucero was preceded in death by her parents, Cecilio and Rose Gurule; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Cornelio and Juanita Lucero; and her daughter, Christina Lucero. Visitation will be Sunday, December, 7, 2014 from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 3:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Monday, December 8, 2014 at the Church, from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mario Baros, Darren Marrufo, Orlando Lucero Jr., Derrick Marrufo Jr., John Romero Jr., and Albert Sena Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Leonard Miera Sr., Leonard Miera Jr., Estevan Miera, and Mateo Miera.
