MARTINEZ, FLORA C. Flora just celebrated her 89th birthday with her family whom she cherished. She was surrounded by her loving family and went to be with our Heavenly Father on October 25, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Abel G. Martinez and survived by her three children, Magdalena McManus, Randy Martinez and his wife, Mary Esther, Cindy Griego and companion, Leroy Apodaca. She has eight grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and ten great-great -grandchildren; and son-in-law, Rick Griego. Our mother was a beautiful strong woman and has touched many lives, we will miss her very much and we will carry her in our hearts until we meet again. A Rosary will be recited on Sunday, November 2, 2014, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, November 3, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Parish, 5311 Phoenix Ave NE. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gregory Griego, Vanessa Griego, Bobby Martinez, David Martinez, Eric Lucero, Willie Lucero, Evelyn Martinez and Renee Armenta.
