RUNNINGWATER, WYNDHAM Age 68, of Weatherford, Oklahoma passed away Friday, September 12, 2014 at Mescalero, New Mexico. He was born July 9, 1946 at Long Beach, California. He graduated from Southwest Oklahoma State University at Weatherford, Oklahoma, he was part of the Economic Development Program at Mescalero, member of the Mescalero Cattle Grower's Association, a team member at the Inn of the Mountain Gods and Ski Apache and worked at the Oil Field Training Center at Eastern New Mexico University in Roswell. He is survived by his wife, Minita Runningwater; two sons, Bird Runningwater and Eagle Runningwater; brother, James W. Runningwater and his wife Deann; sister, Penny J. Soontay and her husband Gilbert; and one granddaughter, Simone Runningwater. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Coonie; two sisters, Amy Ruth Shanta and Mary Ann Balatche. Services will be Tuesday, November 16th, at 11:00 AM at the Runningwater Cemetery at White Tail, New Mexico. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.lagroneruidoso.com.
