ESPINOSA, PAUL G. age 67, went home to our Lord on September 10, 2014. He was born in Magdalena, NM and moved to Albuquerque. He fought in the Vietnam war, after the war he joined the National Guard. In 1983 Paul was diagnosed with rheumatoid Arthritis and was disabled, then in 2000 he was diagnosed with PTSD and got 100% service connected pension. His favorite past time was going fishing with as much family as he could get together. Paul never missed his three hours of wrestling on Monday nights. He had many friends, it didn't matter what part of town he went to, there was always someone he knew. Paul always had a smile on his face, he was very friendly and treated everyone like family. Paul was a role model to all his children and grandchildren. All of his kids friends would call him "Pampo" as his grandkids did. Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Frances Espinosa; sister, Barbara Romero; brother Jimmy and step son Ernest Moncallo. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Espinosa; three daughters, Eva, Julie and Elizabeth; son, Ray Davila; two sisters, Evelyn and Gloria; three brothers, Leo, Barney and Raymond. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 7:00 pm. at Garcia Mortuary~Chapel of Angels. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Josephs Drive NW, Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 9:00 am. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45 p.m. He will be greatly missed.
