KLETT, MARILYN ANNETTE Marilyn A. Klett died of ALS at the age of 79 on August 31, 2014. Marilyn was born in Harbor Beach, MI on November 25, 1934 to Alvin and Dorothy Nuechterlein. She graduated from Michigan State University in 1956 with a degree in education and taught junior high English and Social Studies in Lansing, MI before moving to Albuquerque in 1959. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert Klett; daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Larry Karpack, Beth and Joel Theiss; grandchildren, Kyle and Marissa Karpack and Amy and Emily Theiss. Marilyn was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed gourmet cooking, outdoor activities, worldwide travel and participation in several organizations. A funeral service and reception will be held on September 18, 2014, 10:00 am at Christ Lutheran Church, 7701 Candelaria Rd. NE, with Pastor Neal Groeling officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Marilyn may be made to the MDA-ALS Division, 3300 E. Sunrise Dr., Tucson, AZ 85718.
