CORCORAN, CAROLYN Carolyn Corcoran age 80, a resident of Grants, NM since 1976, passed away Friday, August 22, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, T. A. Corcoran Jr.; children, Venita Elliott and husband, Bill, T. A. Corcoran III, Jill Aldaz and fiance, Rick Rougemont; grandchildren, Roxanna Elliott and husband, Donavon Lish, Kimberly Elliott, and Robert Aldaz; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Ann Embrey and Beverly McCloskey. Carolyn enjoyed reading. She was a member of several bridge clubs. She volunteered at the Cibola General Hospital Auxiliary and she also worked at the Thrift Shop. Carolyn was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. As Carolyn had requested, cremation has taken place and graveside services will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2014, 11:00 a.m., at the Grants Memorial Park Cemetery.
