ROMERO, CHRISTINE O. a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2014 at home with her family at her side. Mrs. Romero is survived by her husband, of 46 years, David Romero; children, Brian Romero and Carla Rios, Debbie Garcia and husband, Gary, and Denise Torres; special nephew and nieces she raised, Robert J. Gonzales, Desiree Gonzales, Roberta Rose Gonzales, and Eugene Arthur Gonzales; brothers, Robert Gonzales and Teddy Gonzales. Visitation will be Friday, August 22, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel by Deacon Don Roseborough. Final visitation will be Monday, August 25, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at San Ysidro Catholic Church, Tinaja, NM. Interment will follow at the San Ysidro Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brian Romero, Gary Garcia, Tommy Cordova, Daniel Lovato and David Lewis.
