SIGLAR, ESSIE Age 83, passed away on April 14, 2014 in Tucson, AZ. She was born on July 10, 1930 to Dewey O'neal and Lula Hall. She is survived by her daughter Cecillia Siglar Hailey; son Ricky Siglar; six grandchildren; numerous family and friends. She was an accomplished educator and retired Albuquerque Public School Teacher from the Manzano High School. Essie was a member of Albuquerque First Baptist Church and a former member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. She was also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at Daniels Family Funeral Services-Carlisle Chapel. Omega Omega Services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 12:00 pm, Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 608 Avenida Ceasar Chavez SE, Albuquerque, NM; followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 pm.
