PROKASH, PHYLLIS M. Phyllis M. Prokash, age 61, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014. She was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque and a special education teacher for APS for 25 years. She is survived by her brother, Chad and wife, Tillie; sister, Jeri; nephew, David and wife, Angie; niece, LaVon and husband, Darrell; her great-nephews, Calvin, Devin, and Hayden; and great-niece, Alyssa.
