SANCHEZ, JOSEPHINE 1941 - 2014 Josephine Sanchez, age 72, a resident of Albuquerque and formerly of Belen, NM passed away on Monday, March 31, 2014. She was a member of the Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley. Josephine enjoyed making crafts and would bless others with them as gifts. She loved being surrounded by her family and friends all the time. Josephine loved her children and grandchildren dearly. She enjoyed traveling to visit family and friends. Josephine was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She had such a big heart and always put others ahead of herself. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, Willie Sanchez Sr.; son, Willie Sanchez Jr.; parents, Elisario and Epifania Arelline Marquez; brother, Manuel Marquez; and sister, Gloria Martinez. Josephine is survived by her daughters, Lucia Moon, Patsy Padilla and husband, Richard, Mary Jaramillo, Emma Kotobi and husband, Mohsen, Betty Sanchez Padilla and Sandra Sanchez; daughter-in-law, Gloria Sanchez wife of deceased son, Willie Jr.; 19 grandchildren; 29 great- grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Isabel Gonzales, Tony and wife, Gloria; Gene and wife, Michelle, Ramona Gutierrez, Mary Lu Marquez, Joe and wife, Rebecca and Julian and wife, Angela. All services will be held at Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley, on Tuesday, April 8, beginning with a Viewing at 5:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to be held at 6:00 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date.
